How to Reset Your Password
- Go to the Customer Portal login page at [Enter your login page URL here].
- Click the "Forgot Password?" or "Reset Password" link, located under the login button.
- Enter the email address associated with your account.
- Click the "Send Reset Link" button.
- Check your email inbox. You will receive an email from us with a secure link (This may take 1-2 minutes).
Click the link in the email and follow the instructions to create your new, secure password.
Didn't receive the email?
- Check your Spam/Junk folder: Sometimes the email gets filtered by mistake.
- Wait 5 minutes: There can sometimes be a short delay.
- Check your email address: Are you sure you are using the same email address that you used to register for your account? If you have multiple email addresses, try another.
