Whether you need more speed for streaming or want to find a more economical plan, you can easily request a change to your service.
How to Request a Plan Change
The easiest way is through your Customer Portal.
- Log in to your Customer Portal at [Enter your login page URL here].
- Navigate to the "My Plan" or "My Services" section.
- You will see your current plan details. Click on "Change Plan" or "See Available Plans."
- A menu will show you all the plans you are eligible for, including pricing.
- Select the new plan you want.
- Read and accept the terms (which may include a new price and effective date).
- Click "Confirm" or "Submit Change."
What to Expect After You Submit
- Upgrades (Getting more speed): In most cases, your speed upgrade will be applied within 24 hours. You may see a prorated charge on your next bill, meaning you only pay for the days you had the new, faster plan.
- Downgrades (Getting less speed): Downgrades usually take effect on the first day of your next billing cycle. If you are in a
Lock-in Period, a downgrade may result in an early termination fee. Please contact us if you are unsure.
