You can update your contact email address or phone number at any time through your Customer Portal.
Steps to Update Your Information
- Log in to your Customer Portal at [Enter your login page URL here].
- Navigate to the "My Profile" or "Account Settings" section.
- Find the "Contact Information" or "Profile Details" area and click "Edit."
- Update your primary phone number or contact email address in the fields provided.
- Click "Save" or "Update."
Please Note:
- For security, if you change your email address, you may be asked to re-verify it.
- The contact email is for notifications. This may be different from your login email.
- To change the legal Name on the account (an ownership change), you must contact our support team directly as this requires additional verification.
