- Current Month's Charges: The cost of your plan and other services for this period.
- Total Amount Due: The final sum you need to pay by your due date.
3. Breakdown of Charges (The Why) Here we explain in detail what you are paying for:
- Plan Fee: The fixed cost of your package (e.g., "100 Mbps Internet Plan").
- Additional Services: Extra services you may have subscribed to (e.g., "Premium Support").
- On-Demand Charges: Specific purchases or rentals (e.g., "Long Distance Calls," "Movie Rental").
- Taxes and Adjustments: VAT and other standard fees.
4. Payment Options (The How) A reminder of the banks, stores, and online methods where you can pay.
